We offer you the "Seaside cottage" and a "Room with a view"
The Seaside Cottage.
Enjoy your own fully self-contained, romantic seaside cottage with a stunning ocean view.
The Seaside cottage is the ultimate in romance and is designed with care and attention to detail. The romantic king bedroom takes up the whole upstairs floor space and opens out onto a Juliet balcony overlooking 180 degree view of the ocean and Baranguba (Montague Island). It is light and spacious with luxurious carpet and furnished with a high quality comfortable french style king bed and a table and chairs to enjoy the view. The spacious bathroom is rendered with a traditional venetian plaster and tadelakt and is made up of 2 areas, with a separate shower and toilet room and a double bath in the adjacent room. The downstairs has a fully equipped self-contained shaker style kitchen, a dining area and lounge room with spotted gum wooden floors. There are two 3 seater cloud sofas which can convert to queen sofa beds. The large glass window allows for a magnificent view of the ocean. All linen and toiletries are provided.
You can self-cater or request us to fill your fridge, provide you with delicious picnic hampers or you can take up our offer of all inclusive with meals prepared by our gourmet chef Mike if pre-booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be eaten under the shade of the Fig tree or on the lawn, both areas looking over the sea or in the privacy of your cottage.
The prime focus of your stay is for you to feel nurtured and nourished whilst giving you absolute privacy. Whether getting married, having an anniversary, on retreat or on holidays it is the perfect place to relax and feel your bliss. *The seaside cottage is only available if we do not have an elopement or a wedding booked. There is a minimum of 2 nights stay. Please enquire, you might be lucky!

A Room with a view
We offer a beautifully decorated spacious private bedroom in the homestead with spectacular views overlooking Mt Nanjanuka and the Ocean. The bedroom has a high quality queen bed and a sitting area. You can lie in bed and look over the garden and Mt Najanuka on one side and out to the ocean on the other side and have your breakfast at the table and chairs overlooking the lush green rolling hills overlooking the ocean. You have your own private bathroom with a free standing bath. We only book this room when there is no wedding held on the property. Please enquire.
On request all meals can be provided by our gourmet Chef, Mike while you are staying at Fig Tree Park.
For your wedding: The Seaside Cottage
When you book your wedding at Fig Tree Park, we offer you the Seaside cottage for 3 days 2 nights as part of your venue package.
Stay the night before your wedding, get dressed on the day, have your ceremony and reception and stay on your wedding night or for longer if you possibly can...
Our aim is for your stay to be as special as possible, for you to feel nurtured and nourished and have time to relax after your wedding.
You have the option of staying in the cottage as a couple for the 2 nights or one night with your bridesmaids and the other night as a married couple, what ever you want. You have the option of booking an extra night or two.
If you chose to stay with your bridesmaids, we have two 3 seater cloud sofas downstairs which convert to 2 very comfy queen sofa beds. There is plenty of room upstairs as well. You can all get ready in the cottage or spill over into the country house where there is plenty of mirrors and space and you can all enjoy the garden and veranda on the day of your wedding.
We make up your room for your wedding night as husband and wife to enjoy the privacy and wind down after the wedding. Please stay longer if you wish. This is highly recommended after the excitement of the wedding so you can rejuvenate. *Extra nights must be pre-booked.
We can spoil you by filling your cottage with special treats, gourmet food and local produce from the garden and the area, set you up with picnic hampers and organise massages for you. Please enquire about the honeymoon packages.
All toiletries and linen are provided.
There are no time restraints so enjoy your own natural rhythms and take your time. If you want to stay all day you are welcome.
Sleep in or meander down to the secluded white sand beach for a swim.
You have the option of having a private chef and booking for a longer stay. This needs to be pre-booked.
For your wedding: Room with a view
Fig tree Park offers bed and breakfast in the country house as an option for the bridal party or parents. Only if requested by the bride and groom.
There is an abundance of accommodation walking distance and 5 minutes drive from Fig Tree Park. There is also accommodation in Tilba Tilba, the village of Central Tilba, Narooma and Bermagui. We are happy to recommend different styles of accommodation for your guests and. give you their contact details.
Transport can be arranged for your guests to and from your wedding.
For your guests at your wedding
We help you look after your guests. We can connect you with accommodation for at least 120 guests on our neighbouring farms, Central Tilba, Tilba Tilba, Narooma and Bermagui. There is so many varying styles of accommodation suiting all tastes. We offer a cottage for the groomsman to stay, walking distance from Fig Tree Park! A stone throw away, we offer accommodation ranging from bed and breakfast, private rooms, villas, luxury suits, self-contained houses, tiny houses glamping and camping. We are happy to recommend different styles of accommodation for your guests to book. Because we collaborate with the accommodation operators, they take care and look after your guests.
Love Mastery Retreat
Every year after you get married we offer you a chance to come back to the beauty of Fig Tree Park and enjoy our "Love Mastery Retreat." This nourishing and nurturing retreat giving you an opportunity to take time out of your busy life and re-engage with each other, your relationship and re-ignite the magic. By reliving your memories of you commitment to one another we offer you a place to relax and enjoy each other. This is an invitation only retreat. It is a blissful Retreat and makes you feel alive!
Things to Do
- Take a 2 minutes drive and a short stroll to the secluded white sand beach through beautiful lush countryside. Take a picnic
- Jump in the car for a short drive to the historic town, Tilba Tilba and Central Tilba, Mystery Bay, Narooma, Bermagui
- Go on the magnificent bush walks around Tilba Tilba to Mt Gulaga, Mount Dromerdery and the coastal walks to Camel Rock and surrounding lakes.
- Take short drive to the Blue Pools at Bermagui and to Narooma to see the seal colonies.
- Dive shops in Narooma offer trips snorkelling and scuba diving off Montigue Island to swim with the seals.
- To see the whales in the whale season July to November whale viewing trips leave from Narooma or simply go to Mystery Bay and see them come into the Bay or cruise by.
- Explore the area, the national parks, the coastline and the aboriginal sites
- Explore the local bike trails inland and along the coast.
- Relax, read and sleep, enjoy the tranquility.
